A fee is payable ONLY when we have successfully sold your property.  There is no minimum or maximum period - NO UP-FRONT FEES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES AND NO SALE NO FEE.

ONLINE/HYBRID FEE - One Company for instance - an £849 fee (not commission remember) an extra fee of £300 plus VAT  if you need accompanied viewings (a must on empty properties) and an administration charge of £300.00.   This sum has to be paid whether they are successful in selling your property or not!!
